Return and Exchange
Can I return and exchange my item or get a refund?
All products are checked and inspected for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply contacting us.
We offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you.
We are happy to accept return within 7 days of receipt and refund in the form of store credit, provided that:
> Items are unworn or unused with original tags and packaging
Please contact us before shipping your return item, stating the problem and attach relevant photos if possible. Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery.
Remark 1:
The color and display setting of different monitors may vary, therefore variations in color between the actual product and the product shown on the monitor may occur. It is not defective or incorrect, therefore exchange and return are not applicable to this case.
Remark 2:
In the instance that the original purchased product was sold out, we'll refund the value of the product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
